The room and bathroom were clean. Staff very friendly. Perfect location. Breakfast was fine. Only one thing bad was the bed was hard. Perfect for a few days in Rome.

I travelled alone and it was also my first time in Italy , i found the hotel absolutely amazing , located right next to Termini Station, walking distance to a lot of places of interest. Charming. Building, very clean and most importantly alll people who work there were absolutely amazing and so so helpful and lovely! I want to thank everyone for making my stay there so fabulous! I had the best time there and definitely recommend the place!

Unclean place with very unhelpful front desk manager . Bedspread was dirty. Bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach . When asked the manager to give me hot water in a cup n I would return the cip in a while as I wanted to make tea he gave in a plastic cup saying cannot do anything else . In florence they gave me a kettle of hot water n cup in a tray n also in switzerland . He had a very blank n unfriendly demeanour. When I asked him if I cloud pay n have breakfast he said we are fully booked for breakfast,but when I went to 5th floor in the morning just a couple of people were there but cldn’t eat as had not paid . Wlf not recommend or go there again . Everything was old n dirty in the room except bathroom which reaked of bleach

Very old fashioned but clean. Central for buses trains etc . Breakfast was included and was what you would expect of a continental breakfast. Booked a twin room but were put in a double so just separated beds

Went out for dinner when we arrived when I got back to our room, My bag has been turned upside down and our passports were gone. We told staff and they said this is not possible. I asked what happened then and they said they don’t know after we complain to the company, they said to check CCTV and there was nothing. It’s not that our passports were stolen. It’s that they offered absolutely no help and they were really rude about it.
